2008-2009 Dodge County Youth Hockey

New registration process for 2008-2009!!
For this season, all players at the Squirt level or above MUST register with USA Hockey online prior to arriving at the Four Seasons arena to complete the registration process. A credit or debit card will be required when you register with USA hockey to pay the $40 USA+MN hockey player registration fees. You must print out the registration confirmation page, and bring it with you to complete the registration for the player.

Once completed, you should have a page that looks like this. Be sure to bring page this with you when you come to the arena for registration.

Registration dates for the 2008/2009 season :
Monday Sept 8th 6-8PM @ Four Seasons Arena in Kasson
Saturday Sept 13th 12-2PM @ Four Seasons Arena in Kasson

Deadline for late registrations is September 30, 2008. There will be a $25 late fee for any registrations received after 2pm on Sept. 13, 2008.

Dodge County Youth Hockey residence eligibility requires that each player must live within the Dodge County area, the Byron school district or Pine Island school district.

Restricted to U.S. citizens only, and limited to amateurs who are eligible to compete during the season of 2008/2009.

"Copy of Birth Certificate"

This is a requirement for your child to play in tournaments from Squirt level through Bantam level. A 'legal" BC is the one on file with the courthouse. A decorative hospital certificate is not acceptable. The birth certificate will be kept on file with DCYH. If birth certificate was turned in previously, it is not needed again.

There is also a scholarship program to help with the fees and equipment rental program.

Notes:

You must bring the DCYH form to the Four Seasons Arena during the designated times to register.
Squirts and higher must bring along a copy of the childs birth certificate along with the confirmation page printed during the USA hockey online registration process
Registration forms need players Social Security Numbers.
Any rental equipment from last year must be brought in at registration time for inspection and proper fitting.
Refer to the DCYH policy for players moving up early to the next age bracket.

Equipment Rental

Do you need equipment? The Dodge County Youth Hockey Association will have rental equipment available at registration and for the entire season.
