DCYH Pictures
Welcome everyone to the best time of year, HOCKEY TIME. Since Hockey has started this means it is picture time. We are scheduling these early so we can have them back in time for Christmas. They are a great present for family and friends. Please see below regarding dates, times and the bullet items I ask all of you to read and be ready to smile and say, “CHEESE”.
· Be at rink dressed in full gear including stick (no helmet) 10 minutes prior to your picture time.
· I have included the order form for everyone to print out, fill out and bring with them to their designated picture times.
· Turn in your filled out picture order/money right when you arrive at rink
· If you are going to be having buddy pictures taken, please fill out a note card with all the buddy names and the team you are on. You will hand this to Missy when it is your turn to have you pictures taken.
· Teams will line up at the south door to enter the ice. You will be handed a note card with your name and team name on it. Please hand this to Missy when it is your turn to have your picture taken.
· Coaches on the ice when the team and individual pictures are being taken. Once the player’s individual pictures are completed please have them line up shortest to tallest. When the last individual picture is taken we will then take the team pictures. If there are any buddy pictures we will do these after the team picture is complete.
· Players that are practicing while pictures are being taken PLEASE keep pucks on ice and not shot towards the photo area. We want to make sure no pucks cause any injuries or damage to people or equipment.
· Players that are on ice practicing please use the north door to enter/exit the ice versus the south door one where we are taking pictures.
· Mite teams we are going to ask that at least 2 parents from each team assist with the pictures.

Squirt A at 6:15 to 6:50 pm
Squirt C1 & Squirt C2 at 6:50 to 7:15 pm
Squirt B at 7:15 to 8:00 pm
Bantam A & Bantam B at 8:00 to 8:45 pm
November 16th
Supermite Black at 7:10 am
Supermite Blue at 7:30 am
Supermite White at 7:50 am
Termite Black at 8:15 am
Termite Blue at 8:40 am
Termite White at 9:05 am
Pee Wee A & C at 9:25 am
