I have held 15  – 2 ROOM SUITE-2 DOUBLE BEDSrooms starting at a rate of $119.00 per night plus tax. All reservations must be made using the team booking link below to count towards the team block.  Please do not contact the hotel directly to book.  If you need additional rooms or if anyone would like to extend their stay, let us know and we will work with the hotel regarding those changes. Your room block cutoff date is set for Monday, December 19, 2022 @ 11:00 pm and all reservations must be made by this date, the booking link will no longer be valid after that time.

 

Instructions for making a reservation for your team:

  2. Select your check in and check out dates.
  3. Continue with remaining steps and submit your reservation.
  4. You will receive a reservation acknowledgement email once you have completed your reservation and your guestroom is guaranteed.
  5. The hotel will send a confirmation e-mail once they have generated a confirmation number. You will need to save this confirmation number so that you can change or cancel your reservation if needed.

*Note: Coach comp room will be awarded at checkout providing the team meets the booked and stayed requirement.  Coaches still need to make a reservation using the team booking link.

Please note:  This is a “stay to play” tournament which means all out-of-town teams are required to stay at a participating tournament sponsor hotel and book through the online housing system.
