Our Fundraiser Is Underway!

You can participate by utilizing our online shop, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It provides you with a quick and easy way to order our non-frozen products and have those products shipped directly to you. Below is a link that we've generated for you. Welcome to the 2019-2020 DCYH Pizza Fundraiser Page!!

The Annual PIZZA FUNDRAISER for Dodge County Youth Hockey will begin at the beginning of November:

Key Dates are:

  1. Saturday November 2, 2019 - Sales begins
  2. Friday November 22nd, 2019 – Sales Ends
  3. Sunday November 24th, 2019 - 3:00-4:00, All packets turned in from Team Parent to Jessica Nierman at the rink. (No money at this time will be collected)
  4. Wednesday December 11th, 2019 – Delivery of product at the Arena from 5:00-6:15pm. (Please bring 1 check for each players order) All product NEEDS to be picked up at this time.  We have no freezer room to store.
  5. Friday December 20, 2019 – Checks will be cashed


  1. You will receive your pizza fundraiser packet from your team parent/coach.  There will also be extra packets at the rink.
  2. Before you hand your completed packet to the pizza parent, Please have all the columns added up and the totals entered at the bottom of the page!  NO MONEY AT THIS TIME WILL BE ACCEPTED...  
  3. The pizza fundraiser packet will need to be returned to your team parent on or before November 23rd. 
  4. Team parents need to turn in packets to the rink on November 24th from 3:00-4:00pm
  5. Do not collect money as you sell.
    1. When product is picked up (December 11th) one check for the full order amount is due to DCYH (checks will be cashed December 20th).
    2. As you sell/deliver your products to your customers you then collect payment with checks made to you as you will or have already paid for the items when you picked up your products.

Keep in mind food items need to be frozen or refrigerated. Any orders not picked up at this time will be sent back to the company.
You must pay for your whole order at Delivery with 1 check!

 A check for the full amount will be required at pick up time,  we will hold your checks until Friday Dec. 20th so you can collect your money.  Have customers make checks out to you and you make one check out to:  D.C.Y.H.
