• Any player who receives 4 penalties in a game will be ejected from the game. Four (4) misconduct fouls for one player during the course of the tournament will result in the automatic ejection of that player for the duration of the tournament.
• This tournament follows a Zero Tolerance policy. Referees are instructed to eject from the tournament any player who drops his/her stick, gloves or otherwise engages in fighting or deliberate action to injure regardless of provocation. Extraordinary fouls in the judgment of the official will be brought to the attention of the Tournament Director or assistant and may result in disqualification from the tournament. Any abusive language or conduct directed to the game officials, other players, or fans by the players, coaches, managers, parents or other spectators will result in a two minute team minor penalty. If occurring after the game, the person involved may be asked to leave the arena for the duration of the tournament.
• Round Robin Point System 2 points per win, 1 point per tie, 0 points per loss

• Rooms will be held until 12/06/2022, RESERVE YOUR ROOM BEFORE THIS DATE. Credit Card is required at the time of reservation.
• Rooms are 2 queen size rooms-$150/per night, plus tax, if you need another size room, please state that when calling and there will be an additional charge for suites. 
• Cancellations must be made by no later then 6:00pm on the day before arrival (24 hours) to avoid a fee.

• No one under 16 allowed in the fitness center.
• Shoes of some kind are required in public areas.
• There is no running, shouting, roughhousing or horseplay accepted while on hotel property. If a member of the group causes a disturbance that results in compensation being given to another hotel guest, they will charge the group for the amount of compensation-let's not have this happen!!!
• Pets are allowed-$20 fee per night

Complimentary hot breakfast buffet featuring delicious items such as cinnamon rolls, eggs, bacon, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, etc.

Indoor pool and hot tub (if you look at their website you will see that there is a waterpark and toddler play area in the pool) however, the waterpark and toddler area will be closed during our stay for maintenance. However, the hotel is implementing a ping pong table, corn hole/bags, board games, and a few other fun items to off-set that closure. The pool and hot tub will still be open for use during the normal hours.

• 3 – 15 minute stop time period
• minor penalties will be 2:00 minutes
• major 5 minutes and misconduct penalties 10 minutes
• Each team will be allowed a single 1 (one) minute time-out per game.
• During pool play ties will be allowed and points will be awarded as follows: win= 2
  points, loss=0 points, tie=1 point, shutout =1 pt. There will be no ties during tournament play
  on Sunday. If a tie exists at the end of regulation play, there will be a one minute rest period,
  followed by a five minute sudden death period without changing ends or resurfacing. If a tie
  still exists at the end of the overtime, each head coach will select five players to participate in a
  shootout, and teams will alternate shots with the visiting team shooting first, until a winner is
  determined. If there is still a tie, another five players will shoot with no players being repeated.
