Hockey Oversight Committee

The HOC serves as the architect of the on-ice product. This specialized committee ensures that decisions regarding player and team development, coaching education, development, and assignments, setting athletic standards including hard work, humility, and respect, and referee education and coordination are made by individuals with hockey-specific experience and knowledge. We will operate “The Dodge County Way” which is not merely a slogan for a locker room wall, but rather a standard that all players, coaches, parents, and all support members of Dodge County Youth Hockey are expected to follow. The Board of Directors takes care of the business of DCYH. The HOC takes care of hockey operations.
