Please register to the right with DCYH for W-9 address verification purposes for prompt payments. DCYH makes every effort to pay within 10 days of tournaments and once a month for regular season games.

Nov. 20th-deadline to register with USA Hockey

Nov. 30th-last day to wear a 25/26 Crest and ref

Dec. 15th-last classroom seminar

Dec. 31st-all aspects must be complete or previous refs can no longer ref.
